Terms and Conditions:
- Booking Confirmation: To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is mandatory. The booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total booking amount must be settled in full three days before your scheduled check-in date. Failure to make the final payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request, subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy: The 50% deposit made during booking is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation within 3 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will be liable to pay the full booking amount. Cancellations made before this period may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to management’s discretion.
Modification of Reservations: Any changes or modifications to your booking must be communicated to us at least three days before the check-in date. Modifications are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
Acceptance of Booking: By accepting your booking, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. You also acknowledge that you are responsible for the conduct of all guests staying at the accommodation during the booking period.
Damages and Losses: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused during their stay. Any additional costs incurred for repairs or replacement will be charged to the credit card provided during the booking process.
Liability: The management and owners of the accommodation will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay.
Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or neighbours. Excessive noise, unruly behaviour, or any actions deemed unacceptable by management may result in immediate eviction, without a refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.
Privacy: The information provided during the booking process will be handled by our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of South Africa.
